What Does KREV Mean To You?

“I feel so lucky to not only be able to coach at Krev but also to train here too. I’ve learnt so much from the other coaches and the space itself provides the opportunity to train in so many different ways. Krev has also been there through one of the toughest times of my life. Staying consistent with exercising helped my mental health massively but it’s mainly been the social support of the Krev members that has made such a difference. I wouldn’t be without my Krev family!”
